Robert Bailey Fairs Ltd have over 20 years of experience in staging quality antiques fairs and we are the country’s leading organisers of such events in the provinces.

Our three day events are staged at prestigious venues with ample parking and good restaurant facilities so visitors can browse at leisure and enjoy a whole day out.

The fairs are fully stand fitted and the antiques and fine art offered for sale are of the very highest quality. Each item is checked for authenticity before the public has access, and this vetting procedure is one of the main reasons why our events have a loyal following of discerning collectors.

Vetting and Datelines
All items offered for sale have been inspected by expert vetting committees to ensure that they are genuine, not over-restored and accurately labelled. However, neither the organisers nor the vetting committee can be held responsible for or warrant the genuineness, age or description of any item exhibited.

Authorship can be a matter of opinion rather than fact in the case of unsigned or undated pieces. Fairs are not governed by datelines, however no reproduction items are allowed.

Security
Visitors making a purchase within the fair will be issued with a goods pass out slip. This must be handed to a member of the security staff at the exit when the item is removed from the fair.

In the interest of security, visitors’ bags, packages and coats may be searched.

Items can be taken into the fair for valuation and should be declared to a member of the security staff.
