Moving Forward – Economic Common Sense
Bailey Fairs’ database consists of some 40,000
serious minded visitors and collectors. We have the experience
to bring customers to your business, despite leaner times, and
we have helped many exhibitors to sell well and be profitable.
In some cases, 2005 has seen their best fair of all time!
Others have virtually sold out at some events and
one of our exhibitors must hold the UK record for the number of
Victorian dining tables and sets of chairs sold in the past two
years.

| Economise on your behalf
We are doing something about stand prices for those of you who
have the greater cost.
In square meterage terms, our stands are already affordable! In
2006, we will offer, where possible, a limited number of stands
over twelve metres at greatly reduced prices to the furniture
specialist.
Discounts from 30% to 50% are possible! Stands outside of this
limited scheme can also enjoy a discount of up to 20% off the
bottom line. Note – you cannot join two schemes.
Recommend a new dealer to us and earn yourself a £200 referral
fee. |

| Marketing
We not only boast one of the finest up-to-date mailing lists available
today, we also use the quality services of an independent PR and
marketing company for all our events.
The quality advertising used for all our fairs is carefully researched
and works well for you the exhibitor.
We are well aware that promoting say jewellery is quite different
from what is required for the furniture dealer, and so we can tune
our publicity to suit the various needs of you all.
The Telegraph and Life magazines are regularly used by Robert Bailey
Fairs to promote our unique events. |

What’s
New?
Stand layouts have been altered at Tatton
Park to rejuvenate the look for visitors and now presents
space for live (light jazz) musicians and allows better facilities
for catering.
We have also re-aligned certain stands in the centre bank of the
Tenants Hall and removed stands to make way for a more spacious
looking fair.
The number of stands remains the same.
At Harrogate,
we have recalculated the stands as all being full, thus allowing
us to re value the entire fair. The saving here are the greatest
and in some cases the largest furniture stands have seen a 50%
reduction!
At Buxton,
the Paxton Suite has been greatly discounted.
The Riding School at Hatfield
House is undergoing a massive refurbishment which will result
in stands on two floors and indoor restaurant and loos.
The annual event at Petworth’s
Seaford College was revamped in 2005 with mauve carpeting, beige
9’ standfitting, live music, posh portaloos and stunning
floral decorations. This year we will be increasing our advertising
efforts even further in Country Life, The Times, The Financial
Times, The Telegraph and other quality publications.
