HYLANDS HOUSE Hylands House is situated in a 574 acre historic landscaped parkland just a short distance from hundreds of wealthy towns and pretty Essex villages. Following its lengthy five phase series of restoration work, we are delighted to announce The Annual Essex Fine Art & Antiques Fair. Its connections to the City’s stock exchange and business world come about through its easy access to the City (20 minute train to Liverpool Street). The area is very much a blend of town and country, making it a most attractive place to live and work. This is the area where five of our biggest spenders at Claridge’s reside and where you can bump into the rich and famous shopping or enjoying bars and restaurants. Famous names such as Sir Trevor Brooking, Fatima Whitbread, Steve Davis, Frank Bruno and Rod Stewart reside in these wealthy parts. Marketing this venue is not a mystery to us since it is on our doorstep. The fair will have a Gala Evening for stock and ship brokers, developers, IT companies, landowners as well as publicans, councillors and personal friends.
