Hylands House is situated in a 574 acre historic landscaped parkland just a short distance from hundreds of wealthy towns and pretty Essex villages. Following its lengthy five phase series of restoration work, we are delighted to announce The Annual Essex Fine Art & Antiques Fair.

Its connections to the City’s stock exchange and business world come about through its easy access to the City (20 minute train to Liverpool Street). The area is very much a blend of town and country, making it a most attractive place to live and work.

General exhibitors adhere to a dateline of pre-1940. Specialists are not governed by any dateline and are vetted purely on quality. No reproduction items are allowed.

 
Directions: Take junction 28 from the M25, onto the A12. Exit the A12 at junction 15 and follow the signposts for Chelmsford onto the A414, London Road. The entrances for Hylands House and Park are clearly signposted from this road.
